The Eucharist is the Body and Blood of our Lord. The "source and summit" of Christian faith. All sacraments direct us towards the Eucharist or flow from it's grace.

Eucharistic Adoration is a practice in the Roman Catholic, Anglo-catholic and some Lutheran traditions in which the Blessed Sacrament is exposed and adored by the faithful. It is a sign of devotion to and worship of Jesus Christ under the appearance of the consecrated bread.
Eucharistic adoration is offered at Kellenberg every Monday in the Maria Regina Chapel from 3:00 - 5:30 pm. At my parish, St. Rose of Lima, adoration is held twice a month. It occurs on the first Monday of the month at 10 AM in the Father Graham Chapel and the last Monday of the month following the 7:30 pm Mass in the Church.
An example of an Eucharistic Miracle during the Church's History is The Corporal of Bolsena - 13th Century. The miracle occurred as a priest, who was having many doubts concerning his faith, celebrated mass in Orvieto, Italy. Moments after he consecrated the host, it began to bleed onto the corporal on the altar.
