Holy Orders is the sacrament in which a man is ordained a deacon, priest, or bishop.
Form of Holy Orders: The bishop's specific consecratory prayer asking God for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit and his gifts proper to the ministry to which the candidate is being ordained
Matter of Holy Orders: Laying on of the bishop's hands with the consecratory prayer
Rite of Holy Orders: After the scripture readings, the candidates are called by name (each respond with "present"), the Bishop asks if the candidates have received proper training and have been approved, the bishop says, "Relying on the help of the Lord God and our savior Jesus Christ, we choose these men, our brothers, for the order of Priesthood.", the people respond "Thanks be to God", each candidate promises the Bishop that he is willing to serve Christ and his Church as a good priest (along with the 5 promises of the elect and the promise of obedience), then there is the chanting of the litany as the candidates position themselves, lying on the floor before the altar, then here is the laying on of hands, the prayer of ordination, vesting the new priest, anointing of the hands, presentation of gifts, liturgy of the Eucharist, holy communion, and first priestly blessings.
Minister of Holy Orders: The diocesan bishop (who may ordain bishops, priests, and deacons to)

Religious life is a personal commitment to following in the footsteps of Jesus Christ and the earliest Christian communities, specifically by joining a monastic order or an apostolic institute. The difference between parish priests and religious priests are distinguished by the different vows. A parish priest makes three promises to the bishop, to pray daily the Liturgy of the Hours, to obey and be loyal to his bishop, and to live a celibate life. A religious priest makes three vows before he is even ordained. He vows poverty, obedience, and chastity; also known as the "Evangelical Counsels".
